Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re searching for career direction, clarity, or confidence in your next step, you’re not alone.

This page answers common questions about career coaching for college students and early-career professionals, including faith and calling, pricing, and how to get started.

  • Career coaching is a supportive, structured process that helps you gain clarity, confidence, and direction in your career path.

As a career coach, I help clients explore questions like:

    • What career fits my strengths and values?

    • What should I do after graduation?

    • How do I find meaningful work?

    • What is my next step professionally?

Career coaching is especially helpful when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your future.

  • I specialize in career coaching for:

    • college students choosing majors, internships, or first jobs

    • early-career professionals (0–8 years) feeling unsure or off track

    • Christians who want to integrate faith, calling, and work

    • anyone seeking purpose, clarity, and a sustainable career direction

If you want more than just “a job,” you’re in the right place.

  • Not at all.

Most clients begin coaching because they don’t have it figured out yet.

Career clarity is something we build together through strengths discovery, values alignment, and practical next-step planning.

  • Feeling stuck is incredibly common in the early career years.

    Career coaching can help you:

    • identify what’s holding you back

    • clarify what kind of work fits you

    • gain confidence in your direction

    • create a realistic plan for your next season

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

  • I offer two primary coaching pathways:

Career Clarity & Calling Foundations Program (6 Weeks)

A six-week, one-on-one coaching experience to help you clarify who you are, discern your calling, and gain focused direction for your next season.

Ongoing Career Coaching & Execution (6 Months)

Six months of personalized coaching and group support to help you confidently execute your career plan — from job search strategy and positioning to interviews, offers, and transitions.

If you’re not sure which is the best fit, we’ll talk through it during a Career Clarity Call.

  • Many of my clients want to think about career through a Christian worldview.

I believe work matters to God — not just ministry, but everyday work done with purpose, stewardship, and service.

Faith is never forced, but it’s welcomed and thoughtfully integrated for those who desire it.

  • Most clients invest between $1k–$3k, depending on whether they’re looking for a focused clarity experience or longer-term execution support.

Because many of my clients are students or early in their careers, I’ve intentionally structured my coaching to be accessible and sustainable in this season, while still providing high-quality, personalized support.

I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots each season.

If cost is a concern, you’re always welcome to ask.

  • Yes. I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale coaching spots each season for college students and early-career professionals who may need flexibility.

  • Career coaching sessions are practical, personal, and action-oriented.

Depending on your needs, we may work on:

    • career clarity and decision-making

    • strengths and calling discovery

    • resume and LinkedIn support

    • interview preparation

    • networking and job search strategy

    • confidence in career conversations

    • faith and work integration
