Accessibility & Sliding Scale
Coaching should be accessible, especially early in your career.
Many of my clients are college students or recent grads navigating real financial pressure. I'm committed to making high-quality, personalized coaching available to those who are ready to do the work — even if the standard investment isn't feasible right now.
Each season I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients who qualify. These spots are offered based on financial need and genuine commitment to the coaching process.
Sliding-scale spots may be a fit if:
You're a current college student or recent grad within 12 months of graduation
The standard investment would create genuine financial hardship
You're fully committed to showing up and doing the work
You're open to providing a testimonial if the experience is valuable
Sliding-scale spots are limited each season and filled on a first-come basis. The best way to ask is simply to mention it when you book your free Career Clarity Consultation — there's no separate application process.
