Alongside my coaching work, I continue to serve in corporate marketing and strategy roles at Fortune 500 companies, where I lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor early-career professionals, and navigate many of the same questions my clients now face.
I know what it feels like to wonder if you’re on the right path, to feel pressure to make the “right” decision, and to wrestle with how your faith fits into your professional life. Those experiences continue to shape both my career and my calling to help others approach their work with greater clarity, freedom, and purpose.
I am a certified career coach through the International Association of Career Coaches (IACC), and I bring a blend of real-world experience, structured coaching, and faith-informed discernment to every client relationship.
Hi, I’m Audrey Holmes — a career coach and corporate marketing leader based in Tampa, Florida.
I work with students and early-career professionals who feel stuck, uncertain, or misaligned and are longing for a career that feels purposeful, fulfilling, and true to who they are.
I believe that work is more than a way to make a living — it’s one of the primary ways we use our gifts, serve others, and live out our calling. My passion for career coaching comes from a desire to help people build not just successful careers, but integrated lives where faith, values, and work are deeply aligned.

My approach to coaching is grounded in three core beliefs.
First, clarity comes before strategy. Before we talk about résumés, applications, or job titles, we focus on who you are, how you’re uniquely gifted, and how your work can become a meaningful expression of your values and calling.
Second, career decisions should be grounded in discernment, not pressure. Instead of chasing status, comparison, or cultural expectations, I help you develop a thoughtful, faith-informed framework for making wise decisions with confidence and peace.
Finally, clarity is meant to lead to action. Together, we turn insight into a practical plan — equipping you to pursue excellence, serve others well, and build a career that supports the life you’re called to live.
